Association and Other FeesNotes from Accounting...During the period of September 12 to October 13, 2006, the accounting department has collected a total of $19,060.00 in past due assessments, late fees, finance charges and legal fees from delinquent members. This leaves the association with a little less than $35,000.00 still outstanding in past due assessments, interest and late fees. We are pleased to report that this is the smallest amount outstanding ever in past years.
