 The establishment of Holley by the Sea is to benefit our community by preserving the values of the properties and amenities, upholding 
the standards set forth by our governing documents, and implementing working solutions for beautification and growth.

Holley by the Sea is the 2nd largest Homeowner’s Association in Florida made up of over 4, 700 lots. Our recreation center is 48 acres click here to be directed to the Facilities tab.
